A Truckload of Freedom

A collection of truckers in Canada began a convoy to protest the mandates in Canada for crossing the border. As they traveled, they gathered more and more people to support their cause. While it may appear as this is only a Canadian thing, it has gone world wide; the push back of excessive mandates from governments.

What do we really need on a regular basis? A house is a great place to start to collect all sorts of things that we think we need, but in a relocation process, where do we start to chisel down our collection of stuff.

A Snow Day in Washington

Snow has appeared, again, here in the greater Seattle area. A single flake of snow is enough to shut down this area, let alone 9” of accumulated snow. What makes this time different was the lack of regular plow locations; roads still covered in snow that are usually cared for within 24 hours. Was this just due to an excessive amount of snow, or were there other factors that impacted the snow plow runs?
